Component Library + Ecommerce Website
I was the lead designer for Telus’s PureFibre self-served portal. The portal empowered consumers to purchase and manage Telus Fibre products. The portal, with extended functionalities, was also an important tool for Telus customer service representatives and door-to-door salespeople.
I created a library of UI components, including icons.
I created user flow diagrams to visualize all consumer touchpoints.
